✔️ Technology & Digital Assistance – Help with emails, booking appointments, and internet
safety.
✔️ Housing & Tenancy Support – Assistance with maintaining tenancy agreements, housing
applications, and liaising with landlords.
✔️ Crisis & Safeguarding Support – Identifying risks, preventing crisis situations, and referrals to
relevant services when needed.
