As part of our person-centred approach, our Supported Tenancy Placement supports individuals to live an ordinary life, regardless of the complexity of the individual’s needs.
A huge percentage of our service users have learning disabilities alongside being on the autism spectrum disorder.
A suitable accommodation that meets the client’s specific assessed needs will be found. A designated support worker will be assigned to provide support and direction on an outreach basis while implementing a specially designed plan to equip the tenant with all the necessary skills for sustained independence.
Prior to admission, an assessment to identify support needs will be carried out. Once assessment is complete, Bespoke packages will be created in line with the assessed needs based on organised, structured, and personalised transitions.
